Free local pickup from Mount Waverley is available for Melbourne customers.  Once you have placed your order, please contact me to advise that you would prefer local pickup and we can arrange a suitable collection time.

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA WIDE

I ship Australia-wide through Australia Post (standard post with tracking & signature) and aim to dispatch your package within 1-5 business days of your order being placed and paid for. 

Please be aware that during busy periods (for example, Christmas), it might take Australia Post longer to deliver your purchase to you. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of my products, and the high cost of international shipping through Australia Post, at this stage I am not in a position to ship outside of Australia from this online shop.

However, a selection of my pouches (but not weekender bags or handbags) are available for purchase from the UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand, from my Etsy Shop: https://herlittlecorner.etsy.com.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. I accept change of mind order cancellations that are requested within 12 hours of purchase (prior to your purchased item being dispatched to you).  Please complete the contact form to request this order cancellation.

However, as I am a small one-person artisan business, I am not in a position to offer "change of mind" returns or exchanges once your purchasd item has been dispatched.  Therefore, please read the product information carefully, and if you have any questions or would like to see adidtional photos, please feel free to contact me and I will gladly assist in helping you to make an informed choice.

2. Refunds will be issued only in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods supplied.

However, I cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss sustained in the Australian Postal system, but please let me know if there is a problem and I will do my best to assist. 

To request a qualifying return and refund, please complete the contact form and receive an emailed response from me BEFORE returning your item to me.

Subject to inspection, a refund will be issued via the same method used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear.

For items that have arrived faulty or damaged, please also be ready to email me a photo of the issue, which will be required prior to a refund being granted. Please also note that since my items are handmade, there may be imperfections as part of their nature. 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit, and therefore recommend that you return the item with tracked shipping.

Please do not return your item until you have made contact with me and I have provided you with a return address and reference number via email.
